In order to ensure that rules and regulatory proposals keep pace with the reality of rapid change and better respond to businesses’ and citizens’ needs, the European Commission seeks to consult with all stakeholders when evaluating existing EU policies or preparing new initiatives. The European Business Test Panel (EBTP) is a unique tool allowing the European Commission to obtain direct feedback from businesses on Commission legislative proposals or initiatives likely to have an impact on businesses.
